So, this next shoot started as a (admittedly much campier) vision in my head a few months ago. I’ll spare you the novel about all I learned through the experience, and all the anecdotes about what it took to pull it together… instead I’ll just say this – having a good team makes all the difference in the world. Vanessa Melgar did the hair, Sara Beth Wilson did makeup, Deborah Wilson brought the wardrobe, Gabrielle LeSpade (Chenin’s office manager, and a Hallmark Institute of Photography grad) was my assistant, and Kelli and Jasmine from Brand Talent were our models. Thanks to everyone for driving way the hell out into the middle of nowhere and working all day to make these happen. I’m super-duper pumped!

Weird feeling I get looking at these, inspired to try new stuff, but also anger that I have never even come close to captures like this-really, really, really great stuff. wow…..I saw late last night thought was awesome, but signed in again to see and even more blown away.

Aww, look at your dad’s comment post! Too sweet!!! Now, if only my mom knows how to type in English then all will be good in my world. haha. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I totally understand and agree about working with a good team; there has to be a good bond amongst everyone in order to successfully complete any project. I think I found that team for me! :D
