Totally Rad Actions Tutorial – Installing Your Actions

So, it’s been a while, but I finally got around to making more tutorials for the Totally Rad Action Mix. First up is the ever-so-exciting description of how to install your actions. This is the first in a long series of tutorial videos I’ve been working on for the past few weeks. I have about 10 more planned, and they’ll get more interesting, but you gotta walk before you can run, right? Anyway, enjoy – and look for more in the coming days (these things take some effort to make!)

hey dog, cool idea for new customers!

What did you use to have the video show in your blog? I use h264 but thats flash right, or a new web codec?

Well back to playing COD IV

You know…I thought the ‘hard way’ to install actions was the normal way. I guess I just learned something. Nice. Looking forward to the other videos.

    Thanks guys!

    - I used flv player, and a program called Super to transcode it for the web. There’s also a plugin for wordpress called flv embed that makes the whole process a little simpler.

    - yeah, I spent a while lighting it. Still kinda ghetto if you saw how it’s done, but what the hell, right? All the graphics were just keyframed in there in Premiere Elements. Lotsa transparent png files exported from Photoshop. Probably the hard way, but certainly also the cheap way :)
