- I used flv player, and a program called Super to transcode it for the web.  There&#039;s also a plugin for wordpress called flv embed that makes the whole process a little simpler.

- yeah, I spent a while lighting it.  Still kinda ghetto if you saw how it&#039;s done, but what the hell, right?  All the graphics were just keyframed in there in Premiere Elements.  Lotsa transparent png files exported from Photoshop.  Probably the hard way, but certainly also the cheap way :)</description>
