These little gems are all oddball concoctions of decadent flavors and textures. Things like Mexican ancho and chipotle chiles, ceylon cinnamon, and dark chocolate (the Red Fire truffle); or milk chocolate and candied violet flower (viola truffle); or Chinese star anise + fennel + pastis + dark chocolate (the Absinthe truffle), all dance together perfectly in your mouth. Truly some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had. We first discovered them at their boutique in Vegas, at the Forum Shops extension. Nothing else compares.
