So, for reasons unbeknownst to me, my blog decided to stop working this morning. I was kinda over the blougbloug thing, so I just said screw it, let’s start from scratch. Updated to the latest version of Wordpress, which is pretty neat, and installed a new theme called f8, which is very different from what I had been using, but which shows promise. The old posts don’t format entirely correctly, but they should still be readable. The upside is that I now have room for 950×700px images, and each post can have a thumbnail. Plus there’s a search feature now, and some other nifty features. I’ll probably move away from the blougbloug domain name, too, but don’t update your bookmarks just yet… the old link should still point here, and let me know if anything is broken.

When I went to the old link through Bloglines it gave me a 404 page, it didn’t really lead me here. Bloglines is also the shittiest software on fucking planet earth though, so not surprising. Found this through Twitter, holla!

Ah, you’re right! Looks like the images were hard-linked to the boutwellstudio domain, where the old blog lived. Fixed now!

Really love this new layout mate.
Makes me want to tweak my own blog even though it’s only been redesigned 5 months ago!

I like this format, too! I didn’t realize WordPress was this cool, and I’ve been using it for almost two years. haha!

love the new theme — i’d been using another from graphpress and am in the process of migrating to either f8 or modularity — love the clean lines and simplicity. great redesign!

This looks great implemented as a photo blog. I was going to go with f8 theme but couldn’t get it customized how I wanted. But it looks great; I love the modular, simple layout.
