You can see the old crane we photographed in the upper right of the image. Worth the risk to drive out there, but damn it was a close call almost getting stuck in the middle of nowhere with evening approaching. Making pictures at the Salton Sea can be a dicey proposition. Maybe I’ll eventually get a real 4WD vehicle…
